Claimant says:
"I had installed a Security system in my earlier home and paid all the bills for the initial agreed period. When I was selling the house, I called the Security company (Monitronics) and informed them that I am selling the house and will not be continuing with the services. Also informed them to come and de-install the system and take it back. It was informed to me that since I completed the initial agreed period, the system need not be returned. I informed my bank to stop automatic payments to the Monitronics. I sold the house on August 11, 2016 and moved to the new house. 
After 9 months a collecting agency is calling me and threatening me to pay $397.60 by tomorrow and If I do not pay they will report the matter to bearue. 
I did not recieve any writtn notices or claims in the past and suddenly this lady calls me and sent the letter by email and asking me to settle it by tomorrow. "
