Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Since day one of the contract with them to do the service at my house, they have been constantly and habitually negligent in the performance of their service. On top of this they are always delayed in coming to my house for more than an hour without any call or notice to me. They have in their system that the service at my house is 10:00 am every third Monday of the month. I have to ask one of my sons to come over, take time off from work to remove all the stuff that are on the way of the tech to do his service. I cannot lift any heavy things due to my surgeries. Every monthly service, I always called their office, called their district Manager, Philipp Graham and report about the incidents and he will always pass on the problem and tell me to call Rose, their Manager who in turns is always out of contact. I was extremely upset again on their last month's service because I waited more than one hour and have to leave for my doctor's follow up visit for my recent surgery.
I endured undue stress and their uncalled "SUCKS' service causes me to suffer with my health more befcause of emotional stress. I cannot take it anymore and on their Novem service visits when they did not come for more than a hour and I am almost late for my doctor's post operative visits I sent them a letter informing them that I am cancelling that month's service as well as the remaining service per contract WITHOUT CHARGE TO ME. Today I still have not received any response to my letter of 11/21/16."
