Claimant says:
"My Jan. 2016 account statement showed a deduction of $11,997.40 that I did not allow. My Financial Advisor says say the charge was for withholding tax. This makes no sense because the account holder is a sub chapter S. He also says the withholding was taken because I did not return in 2012 a form confirming the Tax ID for the account. The account has been with RBC for over 5 years and the 1099s have always shown the correct Tax ID.
