Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"return of 593.59 from policy#2277881 group#x0040396.money was automaticely debited from my account on 01/02/2015. i had called customer service to cancel auto payment on 12/31/2014.my policy tripled to 637.50 due to my turning 70 years old.I told them that i could not afford to continue with the policy and to please cancel paymatics .I was told that because of the holiday it was probably to late to stop the automatic payment but that it would be returned to me when i signed forms . that would be emailed to me as long as i returned them signed within fourteen days,however since that time they have repeately given me the run around .I have since called about ten times ,spoken to several different people and sent six sets of signed forms. they have now sent me a notice for the next quarter.i gave them sufficient notice that i wanted this policy cancelled on 01/20/2015.please help me get my money back.this has been a very stressful for me and i need this money."
