Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My brother took his car to be repaired at this facility. They completed work that was unauthorized, then one employee threatened to pay the mechanic extra to break the car and throw him off the lot unless he authorized work on the other door. (He had 2 front doors that wouldn't open from the outside.). My brother was there for over 7 hours. After refusing to give him a written estimate, they ended up charging him $412.50, requiring immediate payment when he was only prepared to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. The employee who was shouting at him, threatened him, and refused to let him speak to a manager, is named Stacy."

  • "The customer talked with the Service Manager (Sophal Try). He was very apologetic and understood the customer's concerns. The repairs were explained thoroughly and the customer was given a significant discount on his repair after they both came to an agreement on the charges and what was done. The customer seemed happy with the end result after the transaction was completed. "
