Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a brand new 2013 Moto Guzzi Stelvio NTX from a dealership at the end of 2014. I put around 900 miles on it, got a service warning, scheduled it for it's first service and to have the warning light looked into shortly thereafter. The shop it is in currently has seen the bike around 4 separate times attempting to solve the problem with it. The last time I dropped it off was on June 18, 2015. The bike is still currently in dealership possession. Repeatedly calling the dealership did not help my cause. I tried to contact Piaggio customer care through email and also by phone. My attempts to contact them have both remained unanswered 2-3 weeks later.

Under Oklahoma state law, the bike has qualified to be considered a Lemon for some time now. I request that Piaggio/Moto Guzzi purchase the bike back from me as per the OK state lemon law guidelines that allow for mileage and rid me of the headache that has been their product."
