Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered a Coach hanbag from them for $49.00.  The shipping cost was $25.00 on April 9, 2017.  They emailed me with a transaction # 20170408-19158.  They said my order was successfully placed but my final bill may reflect different charges other than $75.00 which was charged to my AMEX account.  I send them an email asking for a status of my record on April 11,2017. They have not answered my request and to this day they have not sent me any information about  any estimated delivery date. I sent them another email today, on April, 12, 2017.   I do not think I will receive my merchandise so I am requesting a refund.  I would appreciate a resolution of my problem as soon as possible. Thank you."

  • I received a handbag in the mail today. It does not look like the handbag I ordered. It is coming from a person who lives in Shanghai, China. There was no information which I was privy to, when I ordered my merchandise that it was coming from an individual much less who lives so faraway in China. If I had known that fact, I would not have bought the handbag from the particular vendor. I want a refund for the cost of the handbag plus $25.00 postage also. I will mail it back to the person's return address in China on my own on Thursday. i would appreciate a prompt settlement of my claim. thank you for your help in resolving this matter.
