Claimant says:
"Subsequent increase in billing and non access to the meter that covers my apartment, The most heart wrenching is knowing that the payment of two times two hundred dollars {$200.00 x2) in the month of October 1st and another on the 31st of the same month did not reflect in my statement, and some invalid additional amounts added to my account since September last year till date. The worst addition came after I reported the issue to Consumer Complaint Agency. Please some one somewhere need to intervene for the sake of people like us who has no one to intervene on our behalf. This unexplained additional amounts added to my electric bill on monthly basses is driving me crazy and Pepco as an entity knows I am just an insignificant person to deal with, please help me and my children. What meter is Pepco reading from? Last month alone I paid Pepco $200.00 plus $455.00 totally $655.00 dollars plus yet I am still sent bill stating amount forwarded."
