Claimant says:
"On November 25, 2015 - Paul Lafiteau, Old School Handyman was hired to power clean my driveway and house, do some rescreening on my window screens, and paint shutters and front door. He hired a friend to help him. The job will have to be not only completely redone but the driveway was damaged. This is an $8,500 driveway. They applied muriatic acid taking the top finish of the driveway in quite a few places and creating holes in some places. The pebbles now show on my driveway. I had to hire someone else to neutralize the damage using a soda ash wash and will have to refinish my driveway and add texture to make it right. The paint job was sloppy and not professional, it will have to be redone. He damaged the frame on the screen to the garage and did not screen some of the other windows correctly. He gave me a list with the prices for the supplies and he marked up the products to make a profit. I paid them a $900. deposit and an additional $225. for additional supplies. They were not qualified to do the job they agreed to do. I picked up their name from "Home Advisors." I thought they checked out their contractors, I guess they were not checked out."
