"I ordered a precision cooktop from them on June 25. I received part of my order in about a week. Now I can't find anyone to tell me when the rest of my order will be here. I have called customer service every day for about 10 days and they will not call me back as they said they would."

  • Hi Gerald-

    Here is the report from our Customer Service department:

    Customer emailed and we replied to him on the 13th that we can go ahead and fulfill the 2nd PIC that is on backorder however, he was also asking about the cookware and we informed him it was not part of his order. We can go ahead and send the 2nd PIC we are just waiting on customer to reply its okay to fulfill the 2nd PIC without the cookware.

  • I did not receive your message. As for as what I ordered it was the special on TV one pan with lid 1 green 10in skillet 1 green 9 in skillet with each cooktop If this is not what I am getting please tell me how to return the 1 cooktop I have. Thank you for your help

  • I wish I had a solution, I am submitting my own claim, I have been emailing for weeks , calling for weeks! Noone will respond to me on where the balance of my order is!!!!
