"We purchased a 2012 Nissan Xterra in April 2012 From Wilkes Nissan in Wilkesboro NC. We have been awaiting on a hitch for the Xterra since. On May 22, 2012, I called Consumer Affairs and spoke with RJ at ext 457296 whom had to send me to Regional which I spoke with Carl at 1-800-343-6913 ext 458107 whom told me I would have a hitch no later than June 5, 2012. I received a called today, 6-8-2012 from a man whom told me they didn't know when I would get a hitch. We have missed 2 vacations due to not being able to haul our motorcycles. ALL WE WANT IS A NISSAN HITCH!!! This has caused me undue stress which is part of my disability. What is the big deal about getting a hitch?????? This will be the last Nissan I ever buy!!! Nissan doesn't mind taking the payment each month. I do think that's all they do care about. They sure do not care about there customers. Wilkes Nissan in Wilkesboro NC has done everything possible to try and get the part. Nissan Corp has fallen short on serving their customers' needs!!! We should of bought a Jeep and we would of been happy customers.
