Statement of Claim
"I have talked to the customer service department several times and cannot even get them to listen to me. I only get their questions about verifying myself with customer contact information. First I key the information via the telephone pad then verbally with the customer service rep then again when I am transferred. They act like I am disturbing their day by calling for answers. They told me twice "this is just the way it is" and "hind sight is always 20 / 20". I just want a chance to be heard and a fair credit to my account since they are hiding behind fast talk and hard to find resources on their web site. I had to read their help screen just to find how to view my account activity. I want to be a loyal customer not a duped customer."

What Claimant Wants Hide
1. Being that there was high pressure selling tactics involved and I was willing to pay 100% the day I purchased the merchandise, but I was pressured into the "same as cash" I want my current account balance to be $0.00. Nebraska Furniture Mart has yet to compromise. I have paid a lot in interest already on this purchase, just in good effort that this would be cleared up. Aug 12, 2011 $509.03
Cash total : $509.03
