Claimant says:
"I ordered this face cream and I was suppose to receive sample jars, but never rec'd them. I ordered them in 11/28/17. I guess I was suppose to responde in a certain amount of time and when I didn't the company sent larger jars for which they charged me $93.89 and $94.95. I then, looked at my bank statement. for which they had charged the amount stated. I called the company told them I wanted to send the creams back. That was Jan 2,2018 They gave me the address of Doc Darbyshire Road Suite 1 PMB#305 Moultrie, GA. I mailed back the creams on Feb 15,2018. I got confirmation of the company having received them. Since then, I haven't received my refund of money. I called and spoke to Cindy on June 25,2018
I have called on 4/2/18 spoke to someone named Denise.
I have called on April 16 , 2018 spoke to Maria and June 17, 2018 June 12,2018
June 6, 2018 spoke to Juan, June 12,2018. Have called several times and now I call the number and it's continues to be busy. The last phone call I was told to e-mail to www.support@flawlessskincream.com.
I guess I wont receive my refund of money. It really upsets me because I did everything they asked of me , so they can receive the merchandise. This transaction took place back in November. I have been calling and calling to no result."

  • I sent back the creams like I was told and would receive my money back when they verified the package. No refund! I kept calling , but all I was told the money was returned to me. Not true no money came. I called BBB. They weren't helpful.
