Claimant says:
"On October 31, 2014 I spoke to Tom Ottow , general manager for Milwaukee Appliance. I stated I had contacted several other appliance repair organization about the cost of repairing my wash machine. In all cases their total charge for an actuator, gear shift cam, drive pulley kit and labor was $100 less than Milwaukee Appliance charge of $274.50. One of these service organization knew who I was talking about. I never mentioned the Milw. name. I told Tom in all fairness to me that I wanted a $100 refund. He said Greg the owner would make that decision. I therefore will post this comment with the BBB and more until we can reach a settlement."

    "Customer is accusing our company of not replacing the parts. Machine is working perfectly. Parts were replaced in a timely manner by an experienced technician. This is what we charge for this job and are rejecting any kind of offer for this customer. Cam and pulley need to be replaced due to the parts being stripped when nut fell off. This is what we charge, and customer signed quote as well as bill for the pricing. "
