Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The ELPAS-USA Foundation, Inc has been supplied to the Mayor of Miami-Dade County, Carlos A. Giménez, and Miami-Dade County, since 2011 forward, a new and innovative financial, fiscal and economic system, ELPAS-eQE . Also was supplied to all Commissioners of MDC, the Mayor and Commissioners of Hialeah City,
This system aims to reduce and ultimately eliminate, among others, fiscal and budget deficits, poverty, unemployment, inflation, corruption, and organized financial crime, and makes payable the public debt of the United States, initially in Miami-Dade County, and finally nation- and worldwide.
On October 16, 2013, was scheduled a hearing in the Mayer´s Office, for one(1) hour. After a hearing of 35 minutes the Vice-Mayor Edward Marquez and the assistants Alex Ferro and Mario Marlote, they canceled the presentation explaining that this project is not on their interest. The Attorney of the MDC repeat that during a hearing before the Civil Court of Miami-Dade County, where the Autor claimed negligence and sabotage to a human benefits project.
After the hearing in Mayor´s Office they did not answer to more than 40 letters delivered from 2011 to 2015 where the project author, Friedrich W. Siegel, requested an new opportunity to explain its different ideas and systems to resolve the most important human problems.
In 5 lawsuits and claims before the courts of Miami-Dade County (Civil Court and Federal Court) and the Committees on Ethics of Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida, all were declared "dismissed" by alleged administrative failures.
The author subsequently received information from a Miami journalist and researcher, that Friedrich W. Siegel was supposedly declared as "person non grate" in MDC.
The ELPAS.USA Foundation, now will try a lawsuit before the Supreme Court of the EE.UU by serious violations of human rights to the author of the alternative financial, fiscal and economic system ELPAS-eQE.
Sincerely,

Friedrich W Siegel""
