Claimant says:
"Home Designer Name Marian Wright, Phone  # 772=626-0888, at the time she was working for Capital Lighting on 2526 SE Federal Highway, Stuart Fl. Office # 772-494-002. She was a sales person we were given to get lighting for our new home. While she was doing this she also told us she was a designer and she could save us money on Shutters, Roman Shadesn and Drapery. We ordered Roman Shades, Shutters, and Master Sheers for the Master Bedroom. Later on we than found out that she was no longer working for Capital Lighting, we than got a hold of her and told her we were cancelling the shutters because they were not done yet and we were ok with the Sheers, pole and Roman Shades for the master bedroom if she could get them done ASAP because the house was near finished.
We still don't know if she was fired at Capital Lighting or what had happened. Back when she was working with Capital we had given her a deposit of $949.00, check #1225. When it came to the Sheers and the Roman shades they were not made correctly and the sheers were too short. She and the installer said that would be corredted in a week or so. Well, that did not happen and for many weeks now we have asked that she make that order good or give us back our money. Two weeks ago she said she would refund our money in a couple of payments because she was going through hard times. Since than I have called her twice and she has not answered my calls. This deposit was given to her back in December when she was working with Capital Lighting which is a well known lighting store for many years so we never even gave it a thought.
Her Name is Marian Wright, her address is 2020 SE Elmhust Rd. Port St Luice, Fl. 34952 and her E-mail address on her buisness card is <allyourinteriorneeds@gmail.com>. At this time I have tried to be nice and I have given her every chance to make it right but it seems she thinks she can get away with taking money from an old retired couple like us.
This has been very stressful for us, our address is 126 Eden Creek Lane, Jensen beach Fl, home number is 772-777-3456. I got your information when I was going to file a complaint with BBB.
