Claimant says:
"Steve from Maker Carpet Cleaning company has done my carpets for years. Today he was scheduled to arrive between 9-10 AM, which he did. He seemed like he was stressed out. I asked him what was wrong but got no logical response. He could have been having a bad day.
He asked me to vacuum my bedroom before he cleaned it, which I did. He cleaned two out of the four scheduled rooms within about 45 minutes. Then said he didn't have any more time and would need to reschedule!!! I couldn't believe it. He said my carpets were dirtier than normal and it was taking longer than usual. His wife and he usually allow 2-3 hours for my house. I asked if I could do something to help, since I didn't want to turn my house upside down twice. He asked me to shake out some rugs, which I did. (He has never asked me to vacuum my carpets or shake out the rugs before). But by the time I was finished shaking, he was already packed up and ready to go, even though I did what he asked. He left the job half done at 10:12 AM, within 45 minutes of his arrival time here. I later found out from his wife that his next "arrival time" for his next appointment was between 12 and 2 PM. He had only two more rooms and some rugs left to clean here. Why did he have to leave here at 10:12 AM for a 12 PM arrival time? She said all of their business is within Sonoma County. This was the question that his wife scheduler could not answer. I will not use Maker Carpet Cleaning again and particularly because of the unprofessional way his wife yelled at me and interrupted me continually on the phone, I would not recommend this outfit to anyone."
