Claimant says:
"I took my motorhome to LTM Truck And RV Repair on Highway 101 south of Coos Bay, Oregon to have the brakes looked at.  The rear brakes do not work.  They said that they replaced a damaged cable for the hand brake and a seal.  They said that they bled the brake lines and adjusted the rear brakes.  I was billed 7.25 hours labor ($615.31) plus $37.30 for parts.  I was never shown the bad parts and they would not even discuss the excessive labor charges.  When I drove home the brakes were still not working correctly with no improvement.
The final billing was done on 6/5/17"
