"January 3rd. I went to lowes in holland MI, they told me i could get 18,24 months 0% financing if i spent more than 2500 dollars. I spent close to 6,000. when i was building my new home i was going back and forth to lowes for the caninets, doors, washer,dryer etc. the first lady did the refund rebill so i got the promotion when i made my last 4,5 purchaces they did dont give me promotion. i talked to cleo at the credit card she said no problem but when i talked to mike store manager he said no. I brought them my reciepts they took them, did not honor the promotion of 18, 24 months 0% financing. who do i talk to now?
