Claimant says:
"On July 17, 2015 we entered into an agreement to have our bathroom remodeled by the above stated company. We were to be away from home, leaving on November 20 to return on December 2, 2015. Mr Giaconne was to start work on November 23, 2015, in our absence. We gave him a key so that he may enter the home in our absence. We returned on December 2, 2915 and nothing had been done. Work had not started on November 23, as agreed. I called Mr Giaconne on his cell phone and was told that he had to go to the hospital and was unable to start on our remodel. He wanted to know if we had any other trips planned and I told him no. I called a week later and he said that he was finishing someone else's job and could start the following week. He said he woul;d call me and let me know when he could start. He did not call and I called again and he again wanted to delay the start of our remodel. I told him to forget it and return the $3,687.00 dollars that we had paid in full for the job. After another span of time, having received no money, he said he was waiting for his new checks to arrive from the bank. Nothing happened. I called him again and told him that I expected the refund by the end of the week, first week in January 2016. Again nothing happened. Subsequent calls have gone directly to his voice mail and I haven't been able to contact him. I would like my refund of $3,687.00 and a return of our house key. I no longer have any confidence in him and feel that I have been scammed."
