Claimant says:
"i am entitled to commission and wages which were never paid , in 2010 I took a sales position with the boutique owned by DEBORAH MACK owner LILLY FINCH ,at the time i entered into an agreement to be paid 6% commission plus salary .during my time I sold an estimated seven hundred thousand dollars in good faith , to this day i have yet to receive one dime in commission and very little in wages , i approached Deborah to resolve the matter , and realized there was no intention to pay me .I walked away and filed with the state , to my shock, she added a page to the employee handbook ,which I signed in 2011 ,STATING ,NO COMMISSION WOULD BE PAID UNTIL STORE EARNED A PROFIT !!! she knowingly lied to the caseworker , having claimed the page was original to the handbook . I am telling you ,i would never agree to these terms .but because Deborah is a known thief and liar , i am left with nothing . i will warn you ,she is wealthy and a sociopath ,she will fight this claim with all her resources"
