"I purchase a 2010 Terrain SLE-2 from"Liberty Ford"& I also purchase the "Extra Care Warranty"on 9/30/2016.The downpayment was$2300& the warranty $100 deductible(National Vehicle Service Contract) cost me $2700.00" i just learn this is not a Manufactor's Warranty(GMCvsFord)??? 
On 5/12/17 the "Transmission" went bad(no gears),on 5/13/17 i had the vehicle towed to "Liberty Ford"
,on 5/15/17"Liberty Ford"tells me that i would have to pay them $500 to determined if the "transmission"is covered(thats why i paid $2700 to avoid crap like this!!). I told "Liberty Ford" that I wasn't paying $500 for something that should be covered under my existing"warranty". My vehicle has been at "Liberty Ford since....
restitutions;
1)Lawsuit  base on Lemon Law's of"Magnuson Moss Warranty Act & a Fraudulent "warranty"if not "HONORED"...
2)Trade-in for a better vehicle @ there cost
3)100.00/day charge since "Liberty Ford"has had my vehicle.
4)A credit refund to me for past&current Car Rental cost, since the time "Liberty Ford"has had my car.
5)the time spent writting these inquires,phone calls,claims processed,decription letter&statemnets@250.00/cliam.
