"I FOUND OUT THAT I WASN'T DEALING WITH A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP LET ALONE AN HONEST ONE WHICH LED ME TO BELIEVE THEY COULD MATCH THE 1.9 INTEREST RATE I RECEIVED WITH TOYOTA! NOW THEY ARE FORCING ME TO KEEP A CAR I DON'T WANT (BECAUSE OF TERMS) BY NOT GIVING ME BACK MY TOYOTA COROLLA AND THREATING TO RUIN MY CREDIT!!! THEY EVEN LIED ABOUT WHO WAS FINANCING THE NEW VEHICLE??"

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Mr Mungin was initially offered 1.90 percent. We then submitted the loan to the bank for approval. The back informed of a repossesion he had. Henever told us about this. At that point we gave him instead of giving him a 1.90 rate with a 462 payment and NO REBATE, We offered a 5.00 rate with a FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR PAYMENT and that lowered his payment to 442.97. So even though Mr Mungin did not check the box admitting to his prior repossion on the application we still lowered his payment by twenty dollars from what we initially agreed upon. So we feel like we gave Mr Mungin incredible service."
