I have found out that playing the game on your site dose help with the pain and help to keep me from think about it all the time. Most of the time I do play the game site from my bed.     I strongly feel that my rights to Customer service where total Violated from your Customer Service and your Customer Support Agent at (Jackpot Party Casino).
    I feel total riped off from getting the service I needed on 4-11-2016. They should have helped me at that time me get to the end of this repeated occurrences of the game Malfunctions on the wheels and game site. By now working this out with me at that time as put me throw Hell the last 10 days trying to get your Customer support Service to refund the 200 billion playing coins back it to my acc where there came from after being loss do to all the Malfunctions of the game site and the coins taking out of my acc when I was not playing.
    I strongly feel that they should have been taking care of right after they got the Dxiag file from me. Not 10 days later. Your Customer Service has gave me the Runaround for 10 days with this and I feel this a very Bad Business. So this is how I strongly feel and I do like your site and games but for the customer service it need some help. The Customer should all ways be taking care of.   • No I'm not done with this claim. I feel I was wrongly done by this site. When you first place me on your new site on facebook I had 280 billion coins in my acc. Right after that I had malfunctions after malfunctions. I loss over 200 billion coins then do to them. You refund them and then said I had to send in shots to help with the loss. I tryed to do that and failed. Then you said you need the Dxdiag report from my P.C. before you could refund the bals of the loss coins. I send you that. Then you cut me off from emailing for help, you cut me off from putting any more tickets for help. So you never refund the bals of the loss coins 200 billion that where reported to you at that time. That would have put my acc back up to the 280 billions coins that I payed for and did win some of them. But loss do the the Malfunctions, Site freezeing up. And just locking up and going blank would not get the big wins I did win. And at times I never got the coins I did pay for I had to report that for help. The site is working just fine now but that dose not change the fax that you never refunded the loss coins. This is not over in my eyes. If we need to take it to the next level then so be it. I have payed you over $17,000.00 hard cash to use and play your sites and all my build up wins and coins I payed for where eat up by the past Malfunctions. I was hoping to end this here and have you do the right thing by me and refund the coins and up the ticket line back up by the way that is part of the site I have payed for. You say you are sympathetic to the technical difficulties that I was having so all the other players are having the same thing going on to. Come off it. I lost the coins do the the technical difficulties your where having on your site and now I'm the bad guy and has to set back and let you take my coins that I payed for and the coins I did win. To show you I just played the site for 30 min and did win over 7 billion biting 100,000,000 coins. So can you see that I did win the coins you have took from me and they should be returned.

    And for the control you should have ably to control your new site and should have seen that all was running good before selling it to the players. I do have control of my P.C and a acc but I did not have control of some one cutting in to my system when you changed me over to the new site. That is when they all happened.

    I can see your point about you are unable to provide the service on hand and to control the difficulties at hand and that may be beyond your control. But you should be ably to refund the loss coins that where loss do to not being able to control the technical difficulties.

    So we are not getting any place with this your are not welling to make thing right by covering the loss coins. And I'm not welling to give up on them. So this is not worked out and I have utilize so well and I feel that I have not did any to have you lock me out from emails, lock me out from sending tickets, and total refuse to working thing out on this site. The only thing that will help close the claim is for them to come back with a full refund of some kind of playing coins and put them back into my acc on the game site. I have been trying for over 8 weeks to get this comp to come to the table and put a end to this claim. I hope they are people all over the world are looking at this claim and stand by me.     How does the company make its money? Fees from users, ads, selling user info, what?

    Does the player pay money? If the player pays money, what are the expectations?

    What are the winnings? Cash, prizes, points that enable you to play more? What (if anything) are you promised? Can you cash out?
