Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased my 2011 Vera Cruz in March 2011. I had to get into the glove box and had to take the key portion out of the Transponder to lock the glove box, then replaced the key back into the transponder, some how the transponder fell off, leaving the key. I went to my car and had to use the key to get into the car, but could not start the car. If this would have happened while I was on a trip, I would be in peril because the service department says they have to have the car to program the transponder. A positive result would be for Hyundai to provide a system to lock or unlack the glove box with out having to take the key out of the transponder. I am 63 years old and do not need this frustration, and if this would have happened prior to buying this new car, I would not have bought the car with this system."
