Claimant says:
"I purchased 2 arrma kraton's for Christmas in 2014 that had 2 year warranty. They were in the repair shop numerous times and sent back to Hobbico for repairs. We shipped them parts that they say were not in the box, but the box was not damaged upon them receiving them. Now they will not send us back the parts that were in the box and I have 2 boys with $1000.00 worth of r/c trucks that cant be used and still have 7 months of warranty on them. The shop where the trucks were purchased did an excellent job with warranty and repairs but went out of business. Out of the 17 months we've had these trucks, my boys only got to play with them about 3 months at most so I would really like something done to make this right. Also to run the trucks we had to purchase batteries and chargers that are very expensive and now we have no use for them.

  • We have sent Mr. Peck parts as well as fixed his care when he sent it in, in an incomplete state (he did not include the transmitter). We do not know what parts he claims are missing since he has not told us.
    We will be happy to hear from him so he can tell us what it is that he did not get.
