Claimant says:
"I purchased a Samsung Smart TV August 2013, at that time I purchased the 5 year extended warranty. It has been 2 1/2 year and my TV picture has gone out. I contacted the store here in Jacksonville FL at 10320 Shops Lane Ste 200 Jacksonville FL 32256 about how to proceed. I then called the warranty dept where they filed a claim for me giving me a repair order #. I was told that the service center here would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hear anything from them so I called them. The man who answered was extremely rude to me and said that he could diagnose the problem over the phone. He said that he had to order a couple of parts. I contacted him the following day to follow up and he said that he couldn't order the parts because he was working on another claim. I then went back to the store to see if they could expedite my claim and talked to the mgr on duty and she filled out an expedited form to send to the warranty dept. I never heard anything back from them. I went back in to the store and another mgr pretended like he called the warranty dept and told me that they would call me Monday or Tuesday (this Monday and Tuesday) and I never heard from them. I called the warranty dept and was told that there was no notation on my file for anyone to call me. So basically that mgr lied to me just to get me out of the store. I want my TV fixed or it replaced. It has been almost 2 months.
