  • This firm tried to perform research on our dime which was outside of the scope of the agreement. Research was never part of the agreement and we never received any engineering services from this firm. We expect a full refund.

  • WE RESPONDED IN DETAIL TO THIS UNFOUNDED CLAIM. WE PERFORMED THE NECESSARY ENGINEERING SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH THE CLIENT. AFTER RECEIPT OF OUR FIRST INVOICE, THE CLIENT DECIDED TO TERMINATE OUR CONTRACT. THE VALUE OF OUR ENGINEERING SERVICES EXCEEDED THE RETAINER AND AT THIS TIME THE CLIENT OWES US THE DIFFERENCE. WE ATTACHED OUR INVOICE WITH A DETAILED TIME ACCOUNTING SPENT ON THIS PROJECT. WE DID EXACTLY WHAT THE CLIENT WANTED ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT AND WE ARE STILL OWED A BALANCE FROM THE CLIENT.
