Claimant says:
"A door-to-door sales man stopped by my home back in August and I bought a two month service. I have paid for those services, but was informed I have three more at $120/each. The salemans gave me no contract and I just called to cancel the contract. I was informed that I had two options: 1) pay the discount I was given for my first treatment or 2) pay for the three services.

My contact at Greenix in Utah said there were no other option and he did not know of any arbitration that I could avail myself of. I cancelled the services and was informed that my account would be turned over to their collection agency within three months.

I would be willing to pay for one more service, but we still have insect problems and Greenix is ineffective in getting rid of them."
