"The new "manager" at Valley Public Storage, who is the nephew of the owner, raises rents without the required prior notice of intent to do so, uses white out to change billing transactions, hiding the original transaction stating it was conducted in error, deletes security camera footage that would prove theft and vandalism to my property and when I complained too much, he posted a notice of intent to terminate my contract, an eviction notice, with my name on it, in the business lobby in plain view of the public.

Update 10/8/16:

According to my research, it is illegal in the State of California to use white out on financial records. I want to pursue that issue to the fullest extent allowed. Also, under California law, it is considered "defamation" to post the notice implying my being evicted in public view. I want to pursue that issue to the fullest extent allowed also. The filing of a lawsuit seeking monetary damages is sought at this point."
