B.L. vs. Globel Tel Link

Global Tel, my complaint against you is that since I prepaid Tuesday May 31 2016 I have received only two calls from detainee at Spartanburg County detainee facility in South Carolina that got through. If you check your call records you will see how many times he has called the past two weeks with no connections except for two times. I have called Global Tel six times about the problem and spoke to six different representative with no results. Four of them told me there was a technical problem. Three of them said they would do a maintenance report. Still calls from detainee will not connect It's either your end that has the problem or detention center is not letting calls through. We have already had our end checked. The problem is not coming from our end.
