Claimant says:
"Fast Repairs, LLC came out of July 1, 2015 to diagnose the why the washer will not drain. Technician James indicated that the washer signal needed to be replaced. James said that the total cost for replacing the signal was $265.36 and I paid him the $265.36 on 7/1/2015 (check #1801). The next I put a load of laundry in the water in the washer continue not to drain. I called Fast Repairs, LLC and explain to them that I was still having the same problem. On July 3, 2015, Fast Repairs, LLC sent out another Technician Don and Don said that he has fixed the problem. I've tried to do laundry the second time, still the water in the washer is not draining. I call Fast Repairs and asked for my refund and they said no and that they will send James or Don back out to fix the problem a third. James the technician then told my husband and I that the problem is now that we need to replace timing belt. After three (3) attempts, the same problem with the washer (water not draining) I've asked for a refund."
