David, owner, had my car at the lot I was at but he had the car taken back to Lexington because he said I pissed him off by not calling first, which I did 18 times no one answered finally I went up there. Bank called him and he answered. Then he tells me that he doesnt have to release my car until he gets ready to. I talked to police they stated he did since my bank released the car at 1:30. I didnt get my car back until 4:30. After diving an hour back to Lexington. Time stamp on the receipt shows where I paid for it at his office at 3:20 in Burlington. Ive wasted time, gas and mileage having to dive all the way back to where he had my car taken in Lexington. He didnt have to be mean about releasing my car afterall I paid him 505.00 and gave the bank 1510.00. It was repossed in the am on 2/25/2011 and had the loan taKen care of by ,1pm. He was completely rude stating things like.. You people are all the same...i took your car from this lot to another lot to teach you a lesson on calling before showing up.....i have the right to keep your car as long as I want....you are lucky that im allowing you to pick up your car so soon. It became heated he got up in my face and my husbands face.by this point we left. The way I see it we were his customer since he was given money for his services... Horrible experience, wasted time and money.

Owner admitted to me that he had my car removed from his lot to somewhere in Lexington because he knew I wouldnt call for appointment and would just show up so he had the car taken 45min away so I would have to drive back to get my car. I explained I tried calling the number given 18 times for two hours no one answered. I have the times that I calle. Of wasnt for my bank making him release my car I never would have gotten my car back today. I honestly believe he was ignoring my calls so he could charge me for storage fees thru the weekend.

Owner followed me home Wednesday from my job. Date he followed me 2/23/2011. Iknow this because he was driving the same black truck today. He got to my neighbors diveway and turned around once he seen where I lived. The bank had acews to this address just like they knew where I worked there was no reason to follow me home.

PeopleClaim.com is a member-supported online dispute resolution system designed
to settle most common disputes quickly and efficiently—without mediation, arbitration,
or litigation. We provide a secure, confidential negotiation channel where both
sides can review facts, communicate with each other, propose terms, make counter-offers,
and reach resolution. Both parties control their side of the process and avoid the
uncertain outcome and costliness of legal action. PeopleClaim.com is a facilitating
channel: we take neither side in disputes and do not involve ourselves in any aspect
of negotiation between parties. We are supported by member dues and non-member use
fees, rather than sponsorship or advertising.
There are four steps to the PeopleClaim system: 1) Stating your complaint; 2) Making
a claim; 3) Negotiating Terms; 4) Settlement. We help you at every step of the process,
providing smart features that make your case understandable and actionable. A clear
statement of your complaint allows the other party to identify you and your problem,
and respond in an appropriate and timely way. Transforming your complaint into a
claim means establishing terms of settlement that can be acted on by the other party.
We help you organize and present your terms to encourage response and action. PeopleClaim’s
secure online channel lets you and the other party negotiate terms in confidence.
Our automated email system tracks progress, advising both sides of changes in terms,
revised offers, and any other claim-related activity. This helps the negotiation
proceed smoothly with minimum time slippage. Settlement occurs when either side
accepts an offer. Generally speaking, when executed by both sides, the PeopleClaim
online Agreement is considered a legally binding contract.
Remember, we provide a channel and structure but we stay out of your business. The
substance and outcome of your claim is entirely up to you and the other party.
There are many possibilities. We designed PeopleClaim to be affordable enough to
be used for common consumer complaints, but powerful enough to handle larger disputes.
Disagreements with retailers, product defects, and poor service of all kinds are
common claim types. But you could also use PeopleClaim to deal with problems between
individuals, or to register a complaint in a public advocacy cause. The mechanism
of stating a complaint and filing a claim is applicable to a wide variety of situations,
and we expect claimants will be inventive in their use of the system. Naturally,
in complex and large-stakes matters, or where a party is looking to establish legal
precedent, there is no substitute for professional counsel. If you think your problem
may be too big or too difficult to resolve via one-to-one online negotiation, or
have any doubts about PeopleClaim’s applicability, you should ask a lawyer.

Message from claimant: "Looking forward to your response, though you will probably ignore this as you did with answering your phone. Punish me for your laziness to earn those extra storage fees, maybe next time you will watch how you treat your customers. Also, BB&T has been informed of your statements and actions. They weren't happy, a report was filed with a supervisor."
