Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I signed up for a free trial of face cream after seeing an ad on Shark Tank. 
Product was not good, and I cancelled membership. The comapny took 3 payments out of my account without sending product.  I called to request a refund. I was told once I returned the product to the comapny I would recieve refund. Once I received the product I sent back  to proper adress and the company confirmed my return package had been recieved. 
2 payments were returned at $79.97 
1 payment was not returned. The May 3 charge for $89.97, I have called to request this refund 3 times, and was told that the funds were released to my bank. The date that was refunded June 5, 2017 2:06 ~ confirmation number 5497842. My bank never recieved the funds. They are claiming my bank is holding the funds. According to my bank, they have only recieved 2 refunds. 
 
I have called the company requesting to have a supervisor assist me, I was told no supervisors are available and I need to wait for a call back from 24 -48 hours. I have never been able to reach or recieve any call backs from a supervisor. Each time I call to ask for the name of the comapny ~ I am told by the customer service rep that they do not release that information.
June 5, I called to recieve the refund and call back from supervisor ~ no refund ~ no call.
July 10, I called to recieve refund and I was told refund had posted to bank and wait a few days to post 
July 18, I called and requested refund and call back from supervisor ~ no call 
July 25, called and requested to speak to supervisor ~ now they are claiming I needed to comfrim via email. However comapny cannot tell me who the email is from. No header information. 
 
The customer service reps do not seem to have many answers~ they only consitnecy is that they give you the run around. The latest customer serivce rep is now telling me I have never recieved a call back from a supervisor becasue they don't have my current phone number.  After questioning him three more times ~ he FOUND my phone number and he will now escalate my call to a supervisor. Claims that my requests were not noted properly and that is why no calls were returned. After questioning him how the account was noted, he said, I am only guessing that they did not escalte the calls properly.

Crystal, Letty, Rob  ~ pretty rude and extremly argumenative ~ refused to give the name of the comapny
Current rep, Christian,  has assured me as of today that he has handled my call and made sure that the call has been escalted properly to have a supervisor call me back in 24-48 hours 9am~2pm Eastern time.
When I asked to confirm that I would recieve a call back by July 25 from a supervisor,  he ignored me and then started to repeat "hello" as tho he couldnt hear me, even when he was having a 32 minute converstaion with me with no issues. He then hung up on me with no disconnect warning. ~ July 25~ 12:19 "
