Claimant says:
"On September 14, 2010, I received a call at work from a guy named Scott, which a co-worker took the message. The message read that if I did not contact them at 312-489-8364 that I would be in big legal trouble. I first looked up the number and found it very odd that a business would be using a cell phone to contact me by. The next day the same people called me and left a message on my answering machine. I contacted them at that number and the guy named Wilson answered and told me that apparently back in November 2010 the month my mom died I took an online payday loan out for $400, which that payday loan company put automatically in my account. He said that back then I stopped that company from taking money out of my account. Back in November I never took a loan out online. I never took any loans out online last year. This year is the first year that I took any loans out online, which I started in May. I told the guy that I have proof I never took any loans out in November of 2010, which were my bank statements. I told him to go ahead and file the legal papers. Again today, September 19, 2011 the guy called, this time from the number 282-726-2524. I just want the calls to quit."
