Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been trying to get someone to help me resolve a problem that I have With Dell Technical Support Team. Every since I ordered my desktop computer from them. They keep going into my computer making the screen jump up and down making the computer run slow and doing everything that they can to this computer. Because they have been trying to make me take out a software package on the computer that I don't need and I refuse too take out so, they keep going into the computer messing with it. I have no problems with this computer other than what they are doing to it. They calls me up pretending that the computer is sending messages to their database. This is a lie they have been trying everything they can do,to this computer to make me call them and take out a war,I would like for you to contact them and stop them from messing with my computer and make them fix it back the way it suppose to be. I know for a fact that it is them doing this too my computer. Every time they call me and try too trick me into getting this software package and I refuse too get it. They start making the computer do all kind of stuff. Immediately, after I spoke with one of their agent about a week ago. He told me that my computer was sending signals to thierI knew that he was lying too me. I told him I was not taking out no software warranty. He got pissed off with me about it and he just start making the computer out order. These people keep messing with my computer because they want too keep spending money too them and I refuse too do it. I have beenfiling complaints about them doing this and seems as though no one can stop them . They are telling the people thaticontact them about the computer that they can not go into my computer unless I give them my permission and I know that is a lie. Because I have been sitting right before this computer watching them mess with it. And they took the internet off. I called them up and ask them did they take the internet off and they admitted that they did it. They did this because they wanted to make me take out a software warranty. They forced me to take out the warranty or,I couldn't get my internet back unless, I pay them $249,00. So, what I did I let them take out the software warranty and the next day I called them up and canceled it because they caused this problem. This was not my fault it was theirsand they have been messing with my computer ever since then. I purchased this desktop around the middle of 2013. The computer is paid off but, they want leave my computer alone. I contact the state attorney of Florida and they said that it was computer hacker and to call some numbers that they provided me with. The problem is,it's no other computer hackers messing with my computer it is Dell messing with it and this I definitely know. Cmputer hackers are looking for yourpersonal information so, they can figure out a way they can get into your business. Dell are sending popup boxes with telephone numbers for me too call them up and they want to charge me for something that they are doing. When I file complaints against them they will wait a while for everything to die down. Then they come after me again with some kind of lie trying too make me purchase a software package so they can charge me. When they messed up before I called a computer specialist they could not find any viruses on my computer and they also told me that it was the provider (Dell) messing with the computer. I hope that you can help me resolve this problem that I am having with them for much too long. Please post this complaint that I am writing to you everywhere you can post it and put a stop too dell from messing with my computer. I want my computer fixed back right and too make dell technical support team to leave my computer along and I am not going to take any software warranty because this is what they are trying too make do. I am sure other people are going though the same problem that I am experiencing with them because they don't want you too own their products. They want you too keep paying them and I paid them very well when I purchased this computer. I did not miss a payment, no late charges and paid them way above the minimum payments every month. Thank you for your support. I am asking somebody to put a stop too dell for good and stop them from tampering with my computer. I will be looking forward too hearing from you about this subject. Thanks again for supporting me with this problem. I am tired of them doing this too me but, they won't stop. I can't seem to fix the errors on this complaint. And I don't have the time to retype it all over again where the error are I was trying to say that. He told me that my computer was sending signal to their database and I knew he was telling a lie. If this was the case everybody that purchased a computer from dell they would be getting signals from everywhere."

I do not need a software warranty unless, I call them up and order it. And if I would need to fix it. I will not call dell. I will call someone else. But they will wait a while and start messing with it again. There is no way I will let them go into my computer because of all the changes they have put me through.

  • Right now, I am not having any problems with Dell. I do believe that they are having some other Microsoft office to interfere with the computer in there place but, I am watching them very closely. If I have anymore interference. I will let you know thank you for your support. Sometimes if people can't get you one way they will try another way.
