Some more information may help to clarify your claim. After using the service, do you attempt to cancel by telephone? How recently did you use the service? Perhaps if it was recently that you used the service, calling the company may not help get you the resolution you are seeking. Maybe writing a letter to the company will help, so someone with more authority or decision making power than the customer call center can review your issues and see if there is some sort of resolution that you would be happy with. If you explain that you felt that you were pressured into a service you didn’t need, maybe prorating a refund would be a potential offer. Be sure to send the letter certified, so you will know that it is received.
