"THEY SENT ME A LETTER BEGGING ME TO PLACE AN ORDER. THIS TIME I PLACED AN ORDER .820-645-9242 AND GOT A YOUNG LADY ON THE PHONE AND I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT GET MY ORDER AND SHE GAVE ME THE SUPERVISOR. I EXPLAINED TO HER WHY AND SHE JUST SAID THAT BECAUSE IT WAS A PROMOTIONAL MAILING. FOR SOME REASON BECAUSE IT WAS A PROMOTIONAL ORDER, THEY DID NOT SEND IT . I THEN ASKED THE REASON WHY AND SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME THAT ANSWER. THIS IS A POOR WAY TO BUSINESS I THINK THEY SHOULD BE MARKED DOWN AS A FRAUD BUSINESS AND NOTIFY PEOPLE OF THE FRAUD PROMOTIONAL MAILINGS THAT PUBLISHER'S CLEARING HOUSE IS DOING. DO NOT SEND THEM OUT IF YOU CAN'T FILL THEM."
