Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My Mother is being overcharged on her water bill, and the City Of Concord Water Department is now wanting her to pay for a new water meter... These are electronic water meters controlled by the City Of Concord, NC Water Department. The City Of Concord, NC Water Department tested the meter which showed to be normal, on the results on Friday 02/12/2016. And the Water Department Techinicans tested the new meter and checked for leaks in the system of the home which passed 100 percent problem free. No Leaks in the homes system. And the new meter was showing only 7 gallons used since the meter was installed on Thursdays 02/11/2016. Which is what I believe is correct and a true reading of the water usage each day. My complaint is that My Mother was being charged for over 100 gallons of water each day, on the water bill which also showed she was being charged for over 3000 Gallons Of Water Each Month. And the City Of Concord Water Department isn't accepting responsibility for the over charges, and was insinuating that the water is being stolen without My Mother's knowledge each day. I checked the outside water faucets and found that they had not been used, because very dirty water was still in the faucets. This matter is showing signs of a Major Cover-Up by City Of Concord, NC Water Department of Over Charging for Profit across Cabarrus County. I'm requesting a full and complete investigation into this matter.

  • As of this Date Today February 24th, 2016, I have not received any information or a reply from The City Of Concord, North Carolina Water Department. This is a deliberate attempt to ignore the facts of this matter and unwillingness to resolve this matter with my elderly Mother, her name and address is on record in this matter as being the customer.

  • I have been waiting Patiently for a Response from The City Of Concord, NC Water Department to respond to my Claim. I'm of the Opinion that their "SILENCE" in this matter is a Clear Indication of their "GUILTY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES", in a COURT OF LAW their "SILENCE" would be acknowledged as "GUILTY" of the Charges. We know that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, Not even and especially those whose Position is to Maintain "ETHICAL" and "HONEST BEHAVIOR" with PUBLIC FUNDS.
