Claimant says:
"The man used dead business cards that didn't show up on the internet yet, pretended to have a valid contractors License, Used friend to be fake clients for background check. I don't know who's invoice for material he was using but he claimed he needed $28,000.00 for materials . He then got caught in several lies using friends, and family's misfortunes even death as excuses pulling on my heart strings as to why he could not come and do the jobs/job that he was contracted to do. He was paid in full, wages and all. Now he has his contact information blocked so he can see who is contacting him before you can get a number or contact information. We were able to verify that he now has a new business under yet another name But he is one of the owner operators and does have a valid License. I sent him a certified letter and he would not sign for it. I am seeking legal advice but I would like to get the word out there so people/disabled widows like myself don't get taken. I have been trying to work this out but blocking my Son ( also disabled ) and my self from all points of contact, and screening everyone was the last straw it's been a couple years not going on 3. If this goes to court I will ask that he pays court and attorney fees!"
