Claimant says:
"I am unhappy because she did not complete a job she was hired to do and was paid in full for that job. Carol was hired to do some landscaping work in both the front yard and in the back yard and to lay some sod in the back yard. The landscaping was completed but the sod work was not completed even though she was paid to complete it. On June 3rd she completed the landscaping, she laid most of the sod but was short of having enough to finish and the sod had not been rolled to level the yard. She promised to return on Monday June 6th to finish the sod work and on Friday the 10th to roll the laid sod. She never returned to do either and did not respond to phone calls. Two weeks later I went and bought sod at extra cost to me and laid it myself. The sod is all nice and green but is uneven because she never cam back to roll it down. The walkway that was installed by her, half of it had to be moved over because she had installed it and got to for over the property line."
