Claimant's opinion: stitches and scars

Claimant's opinion:

Dog bit daughter in face September 2012 resulting in five stitches. She has scars on her face now. He could do nothing about the dog. In November right before Thanksgiving , the dog got out of his dog kennel which he was put in early morning till late night. would not let neighbors out of house, chased borough employees around as they tried to catch him. would not let my girlfriend cross the street with my daughter. when I went out on the front porch to see what was going on it attacked me. I fended it off with a pitchfork, it finally ran off to the woods behind the school. the children where not aloud out for recess. dog catcher could not be reached. when I called a few weeks later to see what was being done about it he lied to me and told me he was pressing charges on behalf of the borough. I know because I went to a borough meeting and asked. want dog removed and destroyed
