Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought a Dell laptop on sale for $799. The sales person said I'd have 5 months to return it for any reason as long as it wasn't damaged though my use. I also bought an extra power cord and added extra 4 G ram.

After using the machine for two months I decided it wasn't for me. The keyboard felt uncomfortable and squishy and the screen quality wasn't as good as I'd expected. However when I tried to return it the return desk at the store told me they couldn't take it back because they only provide a 3 week return on opened electronics. They sales person who sold it to me no longer worked there and I have no proof that he told me I had 5 months to return it. I think he possibly knew he was quitting and just lied to get a commission but I don't know that for sure."
