Claimant says:
"On Sept. 1, 2012, I took my toy poodle ' Oreo' to this business for the first time. I spoke with the owner, Brian, telling him to cut him low , but not too low just medium. An hour later, he called me to let me know he was finished and I can pick him up and if i don't pick him up within an hour I will have to pay day care. When i arrived to pick him up, i paid him 30 dollars and he brought out Oreo and Oreo was butchered (cut extremely low). I told him i did not like it , why didn't you call me to let me know, you can tell me about doggy day care but you couldn't tell me you had to cut him that low. Then he responed " well it's done". I asked him for my money back and he told me to get out of his store, i told him I'm getting but but i don't like your service.I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for him, he start yelling, " Bitch get out my motherfucking store, etc." He came around the counter and literally started pushing me toward the door and my body was the one that opened door because of him pushing me.( Same time the young lady behind the other counter was calling the police. I start yelling," Get your motherfucking hands off me, etc".
when the police officer arrived i told the officer i wanted Brian the owner arrested because he had put his hands on me and pushed me out the door. the officer went inside and spoke with the owner, came back outside and said he can not arrest him because he said i was trespassing and he also handed me my receipt . I asked him how was i trespassing and we wasn't finished doing business if you are the one bringing me my receipt. I asked him do he have the right to physically push me out the store and the officer said yes if I refuse to leave.I tried to tell him i was leaving but i guess i wasn't leaving fast enough. Then i turned and called for a sergeant, however, when the sergeant came he refuse to arrest him nor give me q police report, he just said take him to civil court and don't do business with him anymore. Now, I have an investigation pending with Officer Of Professional Standard. In which i was advised by Sergeant Rich that i should report my complaint to Better Business Burow. I feel direspected and violated, Brain(the owner) should be reprimanded for his actions and behavior.
