Claimant says:
"After a requested walk through, Grady Bell of Bell's Construction Company stated, he would correct the problems on Friday, July 7, 2017.  On July 7, 2017, I called Grady Bell, he stated be here on July 8, 2017 to correct all the created problems.  Since his work was so messy, I asked him to reimburse $600 of the money and I would get someone else to fix the hole in wall and redo all the messy work and finish what wasn't completed.  He stated, he would have pay the workers again and wouldn't make any money.  I called several times on July 8, 2017, he answered the call, but never communicate with me (no one spoke).  I hung up and text him and also left several verbal messages.
