"I HAD GOT THIS WHEEL CHAIR (ELECTRIC) FROM BAY CARE NOW FOR 3 AND HALF YEARS AND IT BEEN A LEMON SINCE. IT IS ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN. RIGHT NOW I HAVE WAITING SEEVERAL MOS TO HAVE IT FIXED. THEY COME OUT TELLING ME THAT THE MOTORS ARE GONE,THE BATTERIES ARE GONE ,THE WHEELS NEED NEW. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE JOYSTICK IS HANGING DOWN TAPE UP. I HAVEN'T BEEN TO TH STORE IN 3 MOS. HAD TO CANCEL MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS I CALL AND THEY'RE WAITING FOR PARTS TO COME IN. LAST WEEK THE MOTORS AND WHEELS CAME IN ON WED. I ASKED WHEN THEY WILL COME AND FIX MY CHAIR THAT WOULD OF BEEN LAST FRIDAY NOTHING THEY ARE WAITING FOR JOYSTICK TO COME IN. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FOR MOTORS AND BATTERIES. I HAVE CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM WHY ARE YOU PAYING FOR A CHAIR THAT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN. THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT. BAY CARE HAS COME TO FIX (TRY) 15 TIMES. I NEED THIS CHAIR BECAUSE I CAN'T WALK I HAD A HEART ATTACK LAST MO. THIS IS MY ONLY TRANSPORTATION. PLEASE HELP ME I THREATEN TO CALL A LAWYER AND IT DOESNT FAZE THEM."
