"in or around august 015 I went for check up , the women told me I needed Root canal, I told her I was 71 and in bad health and I could t afford root canal, besides my ins. would t pay nor,could I
afford. she gave me clip board to fill out saying they had special financing. I told her again I could not take this on. she said if I filled it out they could figure something out, as she needed to bring it to her manger.AS I told her!! my credit was good and I was Qualified for 6,000. and good news it would be at 14%.I said no again.without telling me she drilled for a crown, this women would not listen,and I told her I cant afford thousands, if she could do something for a
few hundred ok. well still in chair she had me sign forms I could t see what I was signing. win I
came back next visit she put crown in but was having trouble, another women came ,then they had meeting with 3rd person 10 feet away. after she handed me blue slip with doctors name and all she said was call this doctor.it was for root canal.I sent certified letter and no
response I went in and she told me she had meeting with owner and would call me next day.
never happen and business agent told me 325.00 was coming back for over payment.it did it.
one lie after another and Ive been in pain for almost a yr. their are no other teeth near the crown upper or lower"

    they are hiding. this is criminal
