Claimant says:
"Lennox Air Condition Warranty repairs were requested. I provided at Lennox Claim Number. Service was done on the unit and I was charged $320 for Freon to fill the unit. I was told that it was probably a slow leak since the unit was never serviced and that I would have to pay for the Freon. A month later the air conditioner quit cooling again even though it was rarely used. ARS looked at the unit but said that outside air temp was not hot enough for them to work on it. I was informed that if they came out again I would have to pay again for more Freon as well as the Labor charge even though even though the unit was under Lennox Extended Warranty.

I subsequently checked with Lennox and they informed me contrary to what I was told by ARS that Labor, Parts, as well as Freon are included in the Extended Warranty."
