i purchased a soft water system for my home. in march of 2015 its been a litte over two year, and  my contrat is a no intrest loan if payed off in full with in three years. i have been getting charged $52.10 intrested charged ever month. without my knowledge.  the total of intrest i have been charged is$677.69. upon reading over my copy of the contracted i relized i have not signed any of my contact. i never signed this contract  they must have forged my named every copy should be the same i never signed . was not happy with the sevice nor the water systemit  broked my firsts refigerator i had to purchase a new refrigerator. to find out it was the water system that was causing the water pressure to drop way below pressure. so they added an electric pump, made all kind of drilled wholes in and out of my cabinets left a huge mess on my floor.the pump is so loud it becomes very anoying and frighening at all times. im very unhappy with the water system and there customer service and mislead  fraudlent contract. which i never signed.

    Respondent has rejected claimant's terms. This claim will remain posted until mutually acceptable terms are agreed to.
The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • "Customer claims that she didn't sign this paperwork and that was promised a no interest loan for 2 or 3 years. I spoke with the customer today and per her request, have emailed her a copy of her signed agreement. The finance company, Aqua Finance even has a recorded call where they verify all the terms of the contract with the customer before they fund the loan to the company. The customer has been paying on this loan for 2 years. The terms of the agreement have not changed. There is no such bank that offers us no interest loans for such an extended period of time, so we would never promise customers such things. Prior to speaking with them, the customer spoke with two other employees and was verbally abusive and cussed them out profusely. With that said, if there are any issues with the water treatment system, we will make sure that the system they purchased is working properly and will do so under their warranty. "

  • Since the water system bought by the complainant turned out to be defective, the company Aqua Pro should refund the amount for the water system, that is, $5,000 and to avoid the hassles of legal procedure, additional amount of $15 should be paid to the claimant to cover the costs, the claimant had to incur on the defective system. If the case goes to a court, there are going to be serious consequences as to the dispute since it involves an act of forgery-allegaed by the accusations. In order to avoid unecessary publicity of the issue, it us better to settle it outside the court, by total amount of $5,000 $15 and no additional costs for forged documents since they involve interpretation of the documents alleged to be forged, and thus cannot be prima facie decided.
