"My name is Albert Crespo i live in Florida.My father in law lives in Sandisfield Mass,he is 87 years old,his water heater broke so i went on computer and found Andreson plumbing.I talked to Mr Andreson on March 21 2012 we agreed on price and he said he would be there Friday 23 March he show up changed out water heater,water heater worked for 3 days,we called Anderson Plumbing for 2 days no respond,finally Thurday March 29 he called back and sent someone over the house and checked circuit breaker that did not fix problem we were told Mr Anderson would be over to check out problem.Nothing the rest of day or Firday the 30 March.I left a strong message on his recorder,he called me Saturday morning,did not like my message but said he would be going to home depot and would stop buy and fint out the problem,that never happened.Alot of stories,today is 6 April and still no hot water.Yes he has been paid and check cashed and cleared."
